How to I book you for our event?

Please inquire online, include the event information including date, location and what you prefer attend.  We offer a variety of crowd-pleasing menu options through our brands:Stacey's Orangeade- features fresh squeezed Orangeade, Lemonade, Limeade and Strawberry LemonadeThe Dog House Grill – features loaded hot dogs, loaded burgers, Italian sausages, with the option to add pulled pork sandwiches or cheesesteaks. We also offer waffle fries and other premium side options.JJ’s Chick N Fries – serving crispy chicken sandwiches, nugget bites, chicken and waffles, and waffle fries.Cam’s CRAVE Funnel Cakes features both original funnel cakes, along with loaded chocolate covered strawberry, and loaded Oreo funnel cakes, we also have Boba Refreshers as an option.Our team takes pride in providing high-quality food, efficient service, and a positive experience for every event we attend. We would love the opportunity to partner with you and serve your guests with great food and excellent customer service.

What is included in a catering package?

Our catering packages are designed to make your event as easy and enjoyable as possible! We can provide made-to-order service directly from one of our food trailers or create a buffet-style, self-serve setup for both large and small gatherings.Our catering packages include full setup, food and/or beverage service, condiments, supplies, tear-down, and travel. We take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your event and your guests.

Can I create a custom catering package?

Absolutely! We look forward to working with you to create the right menu for your event. Whether you have something specific in mind or would like us to help you build a menu based on your guest count, event style, and budget, we are happy to customize your package.Let’s get creative!

Do you have a catering minimum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our catering minimum is $1,200 before sales tax. Gratuity is not included.Our minimum helps cover the costs associated with preparing for your event, including staffing, setup, travel, food preparation, service, and tear-down.

How far in advance should I book catering?

The earlier, the better! We recommend contacting us as soon as you have your event date so we can check availability and reserve your preferred catering option.Your final menu selection and guest count are due two weeks prior to your event date.

Question 6

I have my menu in mind. What is the next step?

Accepted Answer

Great! We will work with you to finalize the perfect menu for your event and provide an estimate for your review and approval.Once your menu and estimate are approved, a 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.We will stay in touch leading up to your event and schedule follow-up communication to confirm your menu, final guest count, serving details, and any other important information. Our goal is to make the catering process simple from booking through the day of your event.

Is there a service charge for catering?

No. We do not add a separate catering service charge.A 6% sales tax is added when applicable. For customers choosing to pay by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee applies to the transaction.We are happy to discuss available payment options when finalizing your catering agreement.
